| A. | Yes, children and youth with special needs are also helped at home and at school. We provide professional health care and case management services at school, as well as health education and consultation to parents and staff. |

| A. | We cover the Old City of Toronto. If you are not sure if you fall within our boundaries please call and we will check for you. If you are not in the Old City of Toronto, we will be happy to refer you to a CCAC in your area. |

| A. | All services provided to eligible clients by the Toronto Community Care Access Centre are paid for by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. We will also help you to find other community-based services you may need, or put you in contact with agencies or suppliers you pay for yourself. |
